Frequently Asked Questions

Qn: What are your tuition rates As fees differ across programmes and levels, we recommend reaching out to our team for a detailed discussion.

Qn: Is a deposit required? Why do you collect it Yes. We collect a one-time security deposit upon enrolment. The amount equals four lesson fees based on your child’s current level. The deposit ensures timely payments and guards against sudden withdrawals without notice, which can disrupt lesson planning and class progress. We will refund the deposit in full only when the student completes all purchased lessons.

Qn: What are the terms of the security deposit 1. The deposit is held separately and cannot be used to offset lesson fees. 2. It will be returned in full only when all purchased lessons are completed, and the withdrawal process is properly communicated. 3. The deposit is non-refundable if the student stops attending classes without providing notice or fails to complete all lessons.

Qn: What if my child misses a class - If a class is missed, your child may attend an alternative class within the same week covering the same content. - If no suitable class time is available, please notify us in advance — we will arrange a 1:1 make-up lesson, which will be half the length of a standard class due to its personalised nature. - All make-up sessions must be completed before the end of the enrolled year; missed lessons are non-refundable and cannot be carried over beyond the year.

Qn: Can I withdraw and get a refund for remaining lessons ⚠️ Lesson fees are non-refundable, regardless of attendance.
